I have integrated gaming laptop. I'm trying using a display port to usb c to connect straight into my nivdia gpu. There's only one hdmi that connects to my other radao graphics card which works fine. When i connect my display port to usb c i cannot boot the pc theres black screen nor can I shut it down i can only boot the pc without dp then plug it in and play even then its glitchy and stops working and I have to unplug the usb c and turn the computer on, and plug in again and play. I have updated it all my drivers few times now, deleted usb manager devices. I have tried everything to make it work but it won't.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please note the make, model, and SKU of your gaming laptop. Some devices support USB-C for display output, while others do not.
The thread has been relocated to the Laptop Tech Support section under the Graphics Card section.
