I'm still using Windows 10 and this is my setup.
The review link is for an EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 Super SC Ultra.
My old 17" Apex monitor works fine with the card's HDMI output, but when I switched to its DisplayPort output through this adapter, the upper right corner X and Firefox desktop icons get overshot.
I suspect changing to DisplayPort might have affected the resolution or image size settings—previously they were set to 720p and worked.
I checked the Control Panel and saw it says "Full HD TV" with a 60kHz refresh rate.
Could this be causing the overshoot?
How can I fix this so I can keep using DisplayPort for internet and Microsoft Office, while still using the card's HDMI output with JRiver for DVD and movie playback on my 65" Sony 80L?

Still using Windows 10, here is my card details: When sharing troubleshooting threads, it's important to provide complete system specifications. List your hardware like this: CPU: CPU cooler: Motherboard: Ram: SSD/HDD: GPU: PSU: Chassis: OS: Monitor: Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, note the current BIOS version for your motherboard. If you don’t have it, try using DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then reboot and manually install the latest driver from Nvidia’s support site via an elevated command—Right click installer > Run as Administrator.
