Hey everyone, I’m dealing with a bunch of Dell Pro 14 Premium (PA14250) laptops that we rolled out this summer. As someone working in fundraising, webcam support is crucial for our users. After deployment, roughly half of the new users have reported webcam problems when trying to join Teams or Zoom calls. Whenever I attempt to start the Windows camera during these issues, it returns with error code 0xA00F429F. I’ve looked into this before and found a workaround: completely removing the driver and rebooting to reinstall it fixes it temporarily. However, the camera keeps failing again soon after. I don’t see this as a permanent solution since updating drivers repeatedly isn’t practical for me. I’m already in a case with Dell, but they’re just pushing me to keep downloading new drivers without real progress. Anyone else facing similar webcam or related issues with these laptops?
