My current configuration is available here: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/nQL36r. I experienced multiple crashes, including a black screen that forced a restart. My games also stopped after extended periods, sometimes around 30 minutes or an hour. After trying to revert my RAM settings to auto, the issue resolved. I’m seeking any alternative solutions to restore optimal performance from my paid RAM. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

A BIOS upgrade is likely required even after installing the motherboard. Exercise caution, as power loss during the update can permanently damage your motherboard. Adhere strictly to the guidelines. The computer will power off and restart throughout the process; avoid turning it back on while updating.

Adjust the RAM settings directly to match the manufacturer's specifications. This approach tends to perform better.
