Issues with stuttering across the system on ck3
on ck3 5 speed sometimes my game would freeze heavily, affecting the whole system including video on the second monitor. The cpu usage jumps from about 50% to high 70s or even 80s, which causes the whole rig to stutter and leads to a system-wide lag. This issue also occurs when scrolling in or entering the map. I haven’t experienced this before. These problems seem linked to my setup, possibly related to nvidia or windows updates. I found some relevant discussions online that might help.
