A few months back my email was compromised and their Steam details were altered, resulting in the theft of my items worth around $200. I've reached out to Steam three times but received no resolution. Do you have options left, or am I stuck?

Support from Steam seems terrible, it's really disappointing. I didn't expect to receive a reply from a person.

He didn't pay anything; he just exchanged my things. I informed Steam about the swap, but they took no action against him.

Those who act quickly after being hacked inside Steam usually find assistance easier. You can find similar accounts in these forums. Restoring your items won’t be possible.
