Ensure your computer isn’t infected with VR herpes, as it’s spreading. Also, verify your device isn’t consuming excessive bandwidth from Google.

Check if the store experiences delays too. Regarding the browser, if you're using a different version, performance might vary. As long as other platforms work fine, the issue seems to be with the Steam service itself, so you should wait for updates.
