Sometimes I needed to restart my Steam Deck for an unclear reason, but it won’t boot anymore. Now I only see the logo and a constant splash. I tried different ways to access recovery, but nothing worked. I thought the problem was with general booting, so I changed the BIOS settings. I wanted to upgrade the BIOS, but Valve made it available in SteamOS instead of the BIOS directly. When I enabled verbose and slow boot, the logo disappeared and no extra text appeared—so it’s not functioning. It seems like the BIOS is now stuck, making booting impossible. That would’ve been my answer if I hadn’t found a way into Windows PE. I’m really confused about why it only boots Steam images and need help.
