I have all the details at a glance. The specs are solid but the performance feels inconsistent. Early game runs are choppy with stutters and low FPS, though it stabilizes later. The final score screen causes noticeable lag. CPU usage spikes when switching tabs, suggesting a bottleneck. It might be a beta issue or just my hardware limitations. Let me know your thoughts!

It's a beta so there is bound to be issues, more so from team green as it is a frostbite engine but I doubt either of them have worked out the bugs on their new drivers

You prefer games that run flawlessly and make full use of your GPU.

Continuing to experience stuttering in the complete game might indicate a CPU limitation. You don’t notice any stutter when using your 4790K with a GTX 980.

I believe it's your GPU; even my 980Ti works smoothly at around 100fps, yet I noticed minor stutter in certain sections (possibly because I was recording during playback).

The hard drive handled the issue initially since I used a WD Black; later I moved to an SSD and the problem disappeared.

It's disappointing because handling the entire game feels like a huge jump compared to BF4 to BF3, especially with the booting process on an SSD.

I'm running it at 7200rpm on a WD Blue with no stuttering. Everything looks okay on my end. It probably needs updated drivers, a virus-free system, and no background processes. How long has it been since you updated Windows? Your setup is similar to mine—high-end specs with around 90 FPS on average for smooth performance. I5 4690K, 8GB RAM, 970 HDD.
