Using ryzenmaster, when you link all cores to the same frequency and run a benchmark, each core displays the speed you set. However, if you attempt to increase one core's speed, the others revert to near their default rate. Trying creator mode or profile 1 doesn't solve the issue. You can adjust individual core clocks, but other cores will typically fall back to stock speed unless you manage their settings carefully.
