Issues with Ryzen 2200G causing no display on the PC
Hi everyone, I just assembled a PC for a neighbor that includes several components: an ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0, AMD B450 processor, Ryzen 3 2200G, four 3.50GHz 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 M.2 SSD, Crucial P1 NVMe, and a 500GB PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 drive. The system ran smoothly for about a week before it stopped while my neighbor was using Excel. After restarting, the fans increased and it settled down, but I didn’t see any display output—no VGA, DVI, or HDMI. I checked power supplies, RAM, and the SSD, even tried a minimal setup, but nothing worked. I also installed a beeper, which stayed silent, and placed one of my graphics cards in the case, still no issue. It seems the motherboard might have failed, so I replaced it. Now I’m wondering if the CPU is the issue, or if the integrated graphics are faulty. I’m running out of ideas and hope someone with a Ryzen setup can help pinpoint the problem.
