Good evening. I'm trying to adjust the audio settings on my Windows 11 PC with an analog connection to speakers. The Realtek audio driver doesn't have a subwoofer crossover option, and the default driver didn't work for surround sound. After downloading the driver from Gigabytes, it still wouldn't install properly. I also tried using the Gigabyte Control Center, but the issue persisted. I'm not sure what else to try since the mainboard model is Gigabyte B650 gaming X. What other options do you have?

You connect the subwoofer using the orange (3) jack, which provides a separate sub channel. The motherboard only offers a 3.5mm jack for stereo output.

Consider downloading Realtek Audio Console from the Microsoft Store app. It provides speaker setup, sound effects, and room correction features. Verify the appropriate revision for your motherboard—such as "Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX v1.1 or v1.2 or v1.4"—and ensure you check Device Manager to confirm the installed driver and its version.
