What operating system are you using? I remember facing problems in Razer Synapse on Windows XP before switching to Windows 7. Now that the keyboard issue persists, I’m focusing on fixing the Deathstalker. Could you confirm the OS version you’re on?

It doesn't seem to assist. If the problem exists, it's likely an OS issue, something I've encountered before on Windows XP.
