I just installed my computer and two of the RAM slots won’t let me install them for the full 32GB. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix this, it would be really helpful.

Can you share a photo? Are you asking if they can't be installed physically or aren't appearing in the BIOS?

I own four G-skill RAMs, each 8GB. The initial two slots are already filled with RAM. I've tried installing the remaining two in the second and fourth positions, but it doesn't work. The only slots that function are the first and second.

To be sure, you can insert any RAM stick into slots 1 and 2. However, when attempting any of the RAM sticks in slots 3 and 4, they don't fit. Could you provide a photo of all four slots, showing which ones are occupied?
