Your system is performing well for its capabilities. Running watchdogs at 40-50 FPS with occasional dips on ultra suggests stable performance. Using only 3GB VRAM and 70% CPU usage indicates efficient resource management. This setup should keep your PC running smoothly without unnecessary strain.

Wait for the 1.09 patch and trust they’ll resolve it. The game is currently struggling with performance issues.

It seems like you're unsure if the issue relates to the game or your computer. Let's troubleshoot together.

It's a tough game, Watch Dogs 2. I'm not sure if updates will solve the problems.

Sure, but even with a Titan XP setup you'll still be seeing around 30 frames per second.

the game demands a notable cpu load, noticeable while moving through busy areas like downtown or other populated zones in SF. this impact is minimal during indoor infiltration tasks. lowering the settings to medium or low doesn't seem to ease the strain. temporal filtering offers little relief either. the root cause might be traffic, though i'm unsure. currently, the game's features appear irrelevant. only the SF Fog seems to manage gpu usage efficiently, while PCSS, TXAA, etc., struggle with frame rates. you might see improvement with an SLI configuration.
