I own a 2060 with 16GB RAM and play at 1440p. On Warzone, using DLSS I can achieve a mix of high and medium performance, keeping around 90-100 FPS. In really demanding situations it can dip into the 80s, but overall it works well and looks good. You're correct about the OC problem. Generally speaking, with a 6-core 12-thread GPU, it's a reasonable choice for the price. Your setup puts you in the mid to lower-mid range, and I probably wouldn't be much better at 1440p. Playing in ultra wide 1440 caused me to switch back down, but I'm fine with it. Some games force me to lower settings significantly, though they tend to be demanding anyway—so titles like Control, Marvels Avengers, and Ryse: Son of Rome come to mind. It's interesting considering it was a 2013 XboxOne release, yet it still feels solid in many aspects.
