This is a new month old system that i had built for me, from the start it worked really bad with some games, but nothing happened with others, i had it sent back for repairs and they said the fixed it and it worked for like 4 days without any problems but then the bsods happened again, i talked with them and they found out that a new version of the bios for this pc got released so i updated it and it worked fine, i thought everything is fixed but a few days later bsods appeared again
I tried multiple versions of graphics drivers, did a clear driver install with ddu, used memtest for 8 passes, tried multiple commands that checked system files for corruption, did two clean windows installs, used the pc with only one stick of ram, tried updating all the drivers, nothing worked
I also can send dmp files that are created by the crashing games, maybe they also have some info in them

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
This is a new month old system that i had built for me
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
from the start it worked really bad with some games
First, where did you/they source the installer for the OS? Second, where did you source the installers for the games?
used memtest for 8 passes
Did you get any errors?

It seems you're referring to a game being flagged. The name is Fortnite.

CPU model is amd ryzen 7 7700 with cooler arctic freezer 36 black. Motherboard is B650 eagle ax. RAM includes xpg lancer blade 16gb at 6000mt/s x2. Storage consists of wd_black sn 770 1tb and kc3000 512gb SSD/HDD. GPU is geforce rtx 5070. Power supply is pure power 12 750w. Chassis is nzxt h5 flow. Operating system is windows 11 home. Monitor is s24f350 samsung. BIOS version for the motherboard is currently f34, though a newer f35 version is available. I’m unsure about the PSU age listed on the box; it shows f34 and mentions an older f35 version. Regarding the installer sources, I only downloaded games from official sites, Steam, Epic Games, and Mc.net. The Mac OS was originally from one of those before my BIOS upgrade. I experienced crashes every 15 minutes with BSODs before the update, but now it works without issues. There were some persistent crashes, though they rarely caused the whole PC to BSOD. No errors occurred during installation.

You won't see any information about the PSU age on the box. It's about whether the PSU was used before or came from an older system. If it's brand new and unused before your build, that's enough to say so. I don't know where the OS came from either. How much did you pay for it? Everything seemed okay. That suggests your RAM or the memory controller on the processor might be the issue.

I opened three programs and watched a YouTube video without playing a game or putting pressure on the PC.
