Hi, I saw your issue while you were gaming. After installing Asus gpu tweak 2, turning on your PC brought it to the main menu but keyboard and other functions didn’t respond. You checked all USB ports and removed the battery from the motherboard, tried reseating RAM, yet nothing worked. The image you shared is stuck. Could you clarify what happened next? Thanks for your help!

Did you connect the USB ports on the front of your case? Also, do you own a laptop or a PS4/XBOX that you can use to verify the functionality of your mouse and keyboard?

I verified the mouse on my PS4 and it functions properly. I also tested my front USB ports, wondering what might have caused this issue in about half a minute.

Plugging in the flash drive causes it to flash red briefly before shutting down, which suggests a possible hardware or software issue.

Additionally, pressing the power button to shut it off causes it to remain inactive indefinitely unless you keep pressing it.

You need to remove the battery and try again, as you mentioned you've already done that.

You're seeing the main login screen but USB devices aren't responding yet. Keep trying or check your connection.

Remove the battery, disconnect the PC, and keep the power button pressed for 15 seconds.
