Issues with PC network connectivity and shutdown occur solely during Minecraft gameplay.
I'm experiencing an unusual problem where my PC disconnects from the internet abruptly, only to reconnect after a reboot. Once it loses the connection, it fails to shut down properly—Windows powers off but the lights and fans remain active even after 30 minutes. The only way to completely turn it off is by pressing the power button or flipping the PSU switch. When the internet drops, all other network devices still stay online, indicating a local issue with my PC. This occurs specifically during Minecraft sessions, with unpredictable timing—sometimes hours on, sometimes every half hour. If helpful, I'm playing vanilla Minecraft on a private server with friends, using Fabric Mod Loader and Iris + Sodium for shaders. My PC shows no signs of instability in other applications, stress tests, or regular tasks like web browsing.
