I just received a brand new PSU, hoping it would solve the problem, but it didn't. The PC shows black screens and audio glitches, and it reboots unexpectedly when playing RDR2.

PC Specs:
CPU: r5 5500
GPU: rx 6570xt
RAM: 32gb 3200mhz
PSU: Deepcool PL650D (previous model was cv550)
MB: ASUS Prime B450 Plus
1 HDD and 2 SSDs
The GPU is only a few months old, making it essentially brand new. Afterburner shows normal temperatures.

Please help, I'm really confused ;-;

You didn't actually upgrade, but you did gain 100W more in theory. Ideally, I would have chosen a better PSU to clarify your concerns about the power supply. Regarding the black screen, what BIOS version is installed on your motherboard? You might try using DDU to clear all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the newest driver from AMD's support site via an elevated command—Right click installer > Run as Administrator.

Do you have any PSU cable extensions available?
Have you explored the Event Viewer or crash dump logs?
It might be a driver problem.
What are your CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming?
Is the cooler functioning properly?
