I kept mine in eco mode off and PBO -30 settings. The load is mid to low at around 30°C. I added a waterblock, which seems to help dissipate heat. Also, I used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme, as some users suggested it for these types of processors.

I’m comfortable with the current temperatures. My peak is around 88°C, PBO at -10 and ECO Mode. It seems my GPU is the main culprit—MSI 3080 Ti Suprim X 0.850mv@1830Mhz is running hot, definitely a case upgrade is needed. The 7700X reaches 6.4GHz but only lasts a short time. I’ll probably go for a Fractal Torrent compact, though the fit might be tight—thanks for all the support!

The Lian LI model and fractal 7 also ensure smooth airflow.
