i'm facing issues with my overclocks on the 8350 above 4.2 ghz using a hyper 212 evo. i can enter windows but testing with cinema4d shows instability, dropping to around 1.4ghz and the vcore falling from 1.4 to about .9. i also have an asrock 970m pro3 board.
It seems you're using a power-saving mode without adjusting the VCORE settings, so consider checking those first. Cinema 4D isn't ideal for CPU stress testing; use Prime95 instead.
