Your friend recently moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on a machine with an i5-2500 processor and 2x4GB DDR3 RAM, without a dedicated graphics card. On Windows 7 he played games like Pokémon Essentials, but now versions after 18.1 mention needing OpenGL 2.0 support. Intel doesn’t provide official drivers for Intel Graphics 2000 on Windows 10, but there might be workarounds.
