Issues with network adapter connections
Issues with network adapter connections
I submit this request to the knowledgeable tech community. The problem began in mid-January 2024. Online, I’m struggling to grasp what’s happening. My laptop’s Wi-Fi keeps dropping, Chrome shows a “connection lost” alert, and pages fail to load with similar errors. I tried the troubleshooter twice—restarting the adapter or checking for issues gave mixed results. Restarting seems about 90% effective. The driver is version 22.230.0.8, last updated on May 9, 2023. My device details: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz, Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 (GA401QM), Windows 10 Home x64, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS. The system report suggests Bluetooth interference might be the cause, so I switched my router to 5GHz/6GHz. Logs show two error entries, and I’ve attached them for clarity. Other users with similar setups have reported issues too. I’m trying everything from updates to a full system restore since rolling back, but nothing seems to stick. This is frustrating, especially when I want to stream or work online without interruptions.
