My Blue Yeti (Classic) mic keeps reducing its volume and auto-compressing while I talk; my voice sounds like a walkie talkie.
The issue started a few days ago, and the $100 mic isn’t working now. I tried several fixes:
Disconnected and reconnected it,
Used different USB ports,
Checked connections for tightness,
Turned off other recording devices,
Disabled Exclusive Mode and Signal Enhancements,
Exited Logitech G Hub,
Rolled back drivers.
I haven’t used any noise suppression software like Krisp, but I have Voicemeeter Banana – even closing it didn’t help. It fades out when I speak for a few seconds. Is the new driver update the problem or is something else interfering?

Don't worry, I discovered the fix!
Select the sound icon in the bottom-right taskbar, then go to "Sound Control Panel" on the right side of the Settings window. Choose the "Recording" tab, click on "Yeti Classic"/"Yeti Stereo Microphone," then the "Properties" button. Select "Properties" and click "Change Settings." In the driver tab, proceed with the changes.
Unplug the microphone, click "Uninstall Device," reconnect it, and auto-compression should stop working.
