Did anyone experience similar problems? I purchased an MSI NXG253R 360hz monitor about a year ago, and it occasionally shuts down unexpectedly. My graphics card is a GTX1070 and I connect via HDMI 2.0. I’m aware it only supports up to 240Hz on that port, so I usually ignore it. I don’t have a DPI cable, and finding cables locally isn’t easy for me. Occasionally the screen goes black while I use it. The service staff mentioned compatibility issues with GTX 10 series cards and the NXG253R model. Interestingly, when I tried to test the HDMI port with my Nentindo Switch, the monitor remained unresponsive. Could anyone offer advice before taking it to a repair shop? Thanks for your support. OS: Windows 10 LTSC 64 bit Notebook: ASUS ROG GM501GS, 32GB RAM, 512GB SAMSUNG PM981 SSD CPU: Intel Core i7-8750H GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070
