I can use MSI Afterburner to OC my GPU before. However, after a clean install on a new SSD and reinstalling MSI Afterburner, I'm unable to do it now because the clock and other settings like the fan keep reverting back to default when I click "Apply."

yes, the latest update is more recent than the previous driver version

Run sfc /scannow on your window files to check for any issues. Begin with the window file since it's the only change you made.

Previously attempted sfc /scannow which resolved some issues, but the afterburner remains unable to overclock and keeps reverting when I press "apply".
