Hello, welcome to the community! It's great to see you joining as a new member. You recently purchased an Acer Nitro i5 12500H with RX 4050 graphics and are having trouble getting MSI AB to work with your monitor. You've tried everything and confirmed the Riva tuner is installed. Did you know it might be a matter of using just one key for the shift+1 shortcut? Also, are there other overlay programs you're considering for gaming?

Nvidia offers its own overlay tools within its application. I haven’t found a shortcut to activate MSI Afterburner for display purposes. It simply shows Can you capture a screenshot of your MSI Afterburner settings and RivaTuner? If a program is running, you can press left ALT+PrintScreen to save only that app’s screen. I’ve been using MSI Afterburner for 14 years now!
