I've encountered similar problems in most games with screen jitter or micro stutters. The mouse feels to jump pixels when moving, but it works smoothly with 'wasd' input and textures. At the edges, objects render perfectly, yet at the screen borders it stutters during movement. Making small adjustments like changing sensitivity or DPI didn't resolve the issue. Toggling acceleration and motion blur had minimal impact. Switching refresh rates or frame rates didn't help either. The problem appears on both monitors, except Arma 3. I've also tested a standard mouse, but the issue remains. Any suggestions? Check out the video for more details on the differences across games.

Weird Problem. I guess you have tested all obvious Solutions and your Mouse is ok. So maybe this will help you. 1. Click the Windows start button. 2. Type msconfig.exe in the "Search programs and files" box. 3. It will require the administrator password to run. 4. Click on the "Boot" tab at the top. 5. Click on the "Advanced Options" button. 6. Make sure that the "Number of processors" is checked. Most importantly make sure the number of processors matches what your CPU has! (Dual core = 2, Tri=3, Quad=4, etc. etc.) 7. Hit Ok, and then reboot.

Unsuccessful results observed. Aliasing/step effect persists when viewing with the mouse.

Consider a straightforward fix. Open Start, then Control Panel. Click on Mouse Click on the Pointer Options tab. Make sure Display Pointer Trails, Smart Move, and Acceleration are turned off. Close the Mouse Properties window by selecting OK to apply the changes.

No success. The movements remain inconsistent. I've adjusted the in-game sensitivity to 1/default across different games, but it still happens regardless of DPI. All acceleration settings are disabled. I've tested every game with the graphics card in performance and quality modes, yet the issue persists.
