Hello, your recent upgrade from Core i5 to Ryzen 5 3600 with an ASUS Prime x470 Pro board and 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB memory hasn't gone smoothly. The Windows 10 installation faced blue screens during setup, even after updating the BIOS. Memtest86 revealed significant errors on one RAM stick, but switching it out didn’t fix the issue—suggesting a possible defect. It’s not uncommon for new components to have initial problems. Consider checking the warranty or contacting support for further guidance.

Typical maybe, but sometimes missing components appear. Leftover memory can happen too, so if tests reveal issues with that particular RAM setting, consider sending the unit back as faulty.

Consider reaching out for assistance by calling or sending an email to confirm if you need to return everything or just the defective item.
