Some time ago, I began encountering this error message every time I attempted to adjust the settings on my MadCatz RAT 8+ mouse. At the moment, I’m stuck—I can’t modify the lighting, key mappings, or DPI values. I’ve sent multiple messages through their online form and Twitter, but received no reply. I’ve even reinstalled the software without success. If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this, I really need help. Buying a new mouse isn’t an option for me right now.
