Issues with low frame rates on the Asus ROG Strix 3080 Ti.
My computer details: GPU - Asus ROG Strix 3080 Ti OC, CPU - AMD 9 5900X, RAM - Crucial Ballistix CL16 3600MHz (2x8), PSU - Corsair RM850W, Motherboard - MSI B550 A Pro.
For more than a year I've faced slow performance and can't identify the cause. I've checked numerous forums, articles, and tips, but nothing fixed the issue. In every game I'm averaging around 50% less FPS than others with similar specs. Most games I can manage are under 100 FPS (60 on ultra, 90 on low). I'm at a loss—please share any advice or ideas you might have.

Did you delete the drivers for your previous GPU after installing the new one? Have you attempted to remove and reinstall the graphics drivers using DDU? Please share your current temperatures and usage data.
