Howdy all, I'm back again with more issues from my Linksys Hydra Pro 6E... As of the past week or so: the Hydra has been anything but speedy, capping HARD at ~88mbps both wired and wireless. Symptoms: -HARD capping at ~88mbps from a ~600mbps service -somewhat consistent unstable connection -connection completely drops for about 2 minutes every night around 2am Troubleshooting I have done: -Software reboot (no change) -Hard restart (no change) -Different cable from Hydra (no change) -Connect wired directly to modem/router combo (500+Mbps) -Connect wirelessly to combo unit (500+Mbps) -Connect wired to Hydra (~88mbps) Anyone got some advice on what might be going on? I am still in the return window, would it be worth trying an RMA replacement? Update: Locking the WAN to 2.5Gbps mode instead of 1gbps seems to have resolved it. This router is still on my shit list, maybe even more now.
