While attempting to launch Epic Games Launcher it checks for updates but fails to open the app, Minecraft works fine but updating to play causes delays and restarts the launcher. Prior to the Epic Games Launcher stopping, several Fortnite games would crash and send users back. I've reset CPU, GPU, SSD, RAM, reinstalled the launcher, and run DISM commands, online integrity fixes via command line. System specs include a Ryzen 3 2300X, EVGA 1080 Ti, Asrock A320M HDV, Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB, 3200 SSD, Inland 1TB NVMe, Thermaltake Smart600W power supply, Windows 10 x64.

I asked him to run the dism commands to fix any corrupted windows, he attempted reinstalling the programs, and I had him verify drive health using crystal disk info—he confirmed everything looks fine. My next advice would be to perform a full system reinstall (including Windows) from scratch on a clean setup. If that resolves it, it points to a software problem rather than hardware issues, though it’s definitely time-consuming. I’m hoping someone here can assist him better than I could.
