Hi everyone, I recently purchased a gaming PC and have encountered several problems. My keyboard and mouse frequently disconnect and reconnect during certain games, and some titles stop working entirely. It functions properly in games like Destiny 2, Ready or Not, Left 4 Dead 2, and others, but issues began with Modern Warfare 2 and continue with Total War Shogun 2, occasionally appearing on Cyberpunk 2077. After a few disconnects, it seems to reset itself. I’ve already uninstalled the drivers, disabled power-saving mode, changed USB ports, but nothing has improved. I’m unsure which other games might be affected since some are quite large and I haven’t tested them all yet. I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you!

I located the specifications, AMD Ryzen 7 5700, Nvidia RTX 3060, 16 gb DDR4 memory, and a 1 TB SSD. I'm still unsure about the PSU model.

The PSU has a sticker attached, and you'll see the model name there.
