Do you have any tech experts available to assist with your router configuration? After installing fiber optic service, accessing gaming lobbies on Halo has become challenging, but it wasn’t a problem before. The provider supplied me with the GS4220E modem model and an EERO mesh system. Thanks.

That’s not a standard modem setup. Fiber connections typically don’t require a modem and instead use a media converter. You also have a gateway—either a media converter/router or an EERO mesh device acting as a router. If you didn’t enable bridge mode on the gateway and you’re using an EERO mesh as a router, you’re essentially running two routers together. This results in double NATing. You’ll need to determine how to switch the gateway into bridge mode, since I’m unsure if placing the EERO in AP mode will function correctly with Mesh mode.
