I recently purchased an XFX RX 5700 XT GPU and it has performed well until recently. I’ve observed unusually high energy usage even when the computer isn’t doing heavy GPU tasks like streaming YouTube. The system reports around 70°C and 70-80W while idle. I’ve adjusted settings such as resolution, refresh rate, reinstalled Windows and drivers, applied undervoltage, and set power limits, but nothing has resolved the issue. My hardware specs are: CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 4500 MOBO, GPU - XFX RX 5700 XT, PSU - Thermaltake 500W, Storage - a mix of 2.5" SSDs and a 1TB hard drive, RAM - 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz. The monitor is a Lenovo C24-25. Before upgrading, I used an RX 6500X which worked fine, but now the power consumption is causing my room to get very hot, especially on warmer days.

I've reviewed numerous tutorials but haven't located a solution yet...
