You can set up zMonitor or Open Hardware Monitor to monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures. Run them prior to launching the game to see your minimum and maximum temps, and observe how rapidly the temperature changes. As DaMainMan noted, it might be the temperature itself or other factors causing stutter—try eliminating possibilities one by one. Make sure to update your drivers before starting this process.

Times seem typical after confirming via MSI afterburner, with GPU temps ranging 71-74°C and CPU at 72-73°C. I’m planning to install Windows from scratch since the current OS comes bundled with the laptop.
