open the windows search, type "defrag" and it should appear there. Just note that you didn't defrag your SSD. Also, adjusting your page file was something I did before my GTA ran smoothly. I set it up in advanced settings, then performance options, and finally advanced again. I usually use my SSD for the page file, choosing a size of about 1.5 times total RAM as a minimum and up to 2.5 times for maximum.

(Also experiment with grass settings—V-High instead of Ultra.) This approach kept GPU utilization steady around 98-100%, compared to a more fluctuating 80% before.

I wasn’t sure, I was just noting what I did before the game worked well. Also, since I’m using AMD, I’m not sure if it’s related to NVIDIA.
