I think I have a problem with my game, first the only cars that spawn on the roads are taxi or police cars, and second I have a 2GB R9 270X and in the graphics options in the game it says I only have 367MB, WTF???? I cant crank up the settings because of that, can anyone help me please?

I didn’t fully understand that message—seems like it’s happening even with limited RAM, but usually it appears when using more than 2GB. For details, check the support article here: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-...under-spec

Thanks for the tips, but now your game won’t even launch. I tried everything, past the GTA IV start screen, and it keeps crashing.

Mods can be quite erratic, so give the suggestions a try and watch how it plays out if you don't have to restart everything.
