I'm struggling with the new Fortnite chapter on my PC. FPS drops when GPU usage jumps from 99% to 70-60%. DirectX 12 seems to work best for hitting full GPU usage, though it still fluctuates. This issue only occurs in Fortnite. Your system details are noted: CPU Ryzen 9 3900X, GPU Saphire 5600XT, motherboard ASUS X570 TUF Gaming, PSU Seasonic MKII 650W, storage setup including a WD Blue SSD, 125GB Samsung SSD, and a 500GB WD SN 750 SSD.
