Issues with games on GTX970.

He recently purchased and assembled a PC around six months ago. Since then, he’s facing issues with opening certain games, especially AAA titles like Metro Last Light and Star Wars Battlefront. He tried reformatting the system, switching to a different Windows 7 version, and updating the latest NVIDIA drivers, but the problem continues. Does anyone else encounter similar difficulties? His machine includes an i7 4790, ASRock Z97 Anniversary motherboard, Palit GTX 970, and 8GB RAM.

I don’t experience errors directly, but I can help you understand what might happen if a display driver stops working and then recovers.

The monitor is connected to either the motherboard or the graphics card.

It connects to the graphics card. Upon launching Windows, it triggers a Windows Aero warning. Another issue appears when opening Origin. I’m not sure what the exact message says, but I’ll let you know once I’m back or tomorrow.
