These tools are commonly suggested, and some BIOS versions or Linux distributions include them via GRUB (like unRAID). I experienced a similar problem a few years ago where the CPU and GPU failed together. My current system still runs RAM without overclocking using XMP, which is unsettling. I also mentioned this in a thread that just started recently about the same issue.
Unfortunately, both my CPU and GPU failed at once, forcing me to rely on my second machine for several months until they were replaced. After rebuilding everything, the process was so extensive I almost forgot about it and felt relieved when it was resolved. My main concern was power problems, though my SSD—where the operating system resided—began to fail afterward. @bryce backer mentioned they had tried swapping drives, but I still use the same power supply and motherboard with my second system. I don’t play games on it, but I use it for recording and haven’t experienced any frame rate issues.
