Start the test by opening Task Manager. Check if your CPU, GPU, or RAM is locked in any way. Adjust the CPU visualization to show logical processors.

The data highlights that your performance was mostly constrained by the GPU, around 62% of the time, suggesting a bottleneck. Your 7600 chip shouldn’t limit you too much. Forza Horizon 5 performed well on my ROG Ally, often staying fully GPU-bound. RAM usage should be fine since the game shows 12GB used out of 32GB available.

I'll attempt a fresh installation of the game, which could resolve the issue

I have a 7600 non-x as well as a 7800xt, which is normal. Disable ray tracing and reduce some demanding settings like SSAO and environment/texture quality. You should reach 100-120 fps. Increasing FSR and lowering other parameters to the high preset will likely get you close to 144 fps.

They haven't worked consistently before. You noticed a clip, but you can't confirm the details like system or configuration.

The AMD software was functioning properly at maximum settings, though it took a considerable amount of time.
