I'm an Apex Legends player. Around 60 FPS, my mouse feels sluggish and the screen lags. I've tried almost everything—any advice would be great! My PC specs: GTX 1050 Ti, GTX 4560, 8 GB RAM, 144 Hz monitor.

It seems your device is probably yours. I faced the same issue with my previous computer.

Only by adjusting the cursor precision in the mouse settings within the control panel—by navigating to devices and then mouse—can you achieve this.

And I see that your pc is not that great for gaming. Your cpu is pretty bottlenecking everything and the ram is a bit low. 16gb minimum I would say. The gpu is fine I guess

I would turn off all unnecessary applications and Windows services. That might make a difference.

I resolved the mouse issue by turning off cursor precision. Stutters only appeared when launching Apex Legends, while other games ran smoothly.
