I've experienced no problems with my old PC. It's a 8700k with a 3080 and 32GB RAM. My son wanted to play Fortnite but kept getting random crashes. I tried reinstalling, but thought the game was the culprit since it ran perfectly on his older systems. He played fine on his 4790k and 1080ti now. Recently upgraded to a 7950x while keeping the same PSU and 3080, and he still has no issues. My PC remains rock solid, but I'm stuck with this 8700k. Stability tests show everything runs smoothly—played 8 hours of MW2 Warzone without a hitch. The fun part was doing 10 games in a row on single, no problems. Then he came home and wanted to play; the first game crashed, then again after 40% of the session. Only this one game kept failing. It seems it's not an unknown problem.
