Issues with every game cutscene.

I encounter issues with games like GTA 5, Skyrim, or Battlefield during cutscenes. On a large 25" widescreen display, everything freezes and turns black, making it hard to view anything. Playing Max Payne 3 is similarly problematic—slow performance, tiny screen, and audio cuts out completely. Once the scene ends, things return to normal. This happens during cutscenes. I’m not sure how to fix this. Help would be appreciated.

All settings are current. I adjusted the maximum Payne 3 options to 2560x1080, but the cutscenes appear tiny at 1980x1020, causing black bars on the screen. However, the cutscenes still look correct during gameplay.

What graphics card are you running? When using AMD, ensure scaling is at 0% and content fills the entire screen rather than maintaining its original dimensions (both in CCC).

i have evga 970 if i set the game to 1920*1080 the cutscenes are fine but there are big black bars on the side now since my monitor is 25inch widescreen. its really annoying lol
