Hey! I'm trying to solve a long-standing issue I've had with AltV (an unofficial client for GTA V, similar to FiveM). It's been almost a year now, and I'm really hoping someone can help. The problem mainly affects the interface built with Chromium, but it doesn't impact the game itself. I shared my description on several forums, and so far, no one seems to know a fix.

The issue shows up when you click the mouse or type on the keyboard while using AltV. The delay can vary—sometimes it's just a few seconds, other times up to 15 seconds. I have a decent setup: my specs are listed below, and I can play GTA V in single-player without any issues. In ultra settings, there are no frame drops. I've tried many solutions—reinstalling AltV, GTA, and Windows; adjusting frame limits via NVIDIA settings for the "webview" process; disabling mods and using NVE; changing priorities in Task Manager; enabling/disabling VSync. I even tried running AltV and WebView as administrator.

I also posted two videos explaining the problem: [link 1](https://imgur.com/a/IrwBkUg) and [link 2](https://imgur.com/a/IrwBkUg).

It seems the problem is related to GPU usage, especially around 86% utilization. It happens more often with weaker hardware, but even on stronger machines it can appear under certain conditions. The delay is noticeable only when displaying, not when playing in full screen or borderless mode. For example, chatting and sending messages feels instant, but delays appear when GTA is open in a different window.

My setup: GTX 980, i7-4790K, 16GB RAM, GTA and AltV both installed on an M2 drive.

A possible workaround that helped some users is disabling MSAA and turning on V-SYNC, which might reduce GPU load. Let me know if you have any ideas!
