I just finished my first PC build with a Ryzen 5 3600x Corsair Vengeance Pro 3600MHz ASUS B450-F and ASUS ROG 2060 Super. The RAM isn’t reaching the rated speed—it drops to 2133MHz, and changing it in BIOS always forces me to remove a stick before it boots. All the speeds I’ve tried have the same issue.

Are the XMP profiles set correctly? If yes, consider increasing the voltages by about 0.5 volts.
