I’m feeling confused. Over the last few days I’ve been trying to fix everything, but nothing seems to work. Corsair opened a support ticket and didn’t follow up. In short, I upgraded my iCue Link system. I replaced all the fans and rewired everything. It worked for a while—about an hour. Then it failed again, so I powered on my PC and it was still broken. Fans weren’t spinning, and the RGB didn’t display anything except for the new graphics cards I installed. I tried power cycling again, but the fans kept spinning at a slow speed. No matter what I do, I can’t adjust the speed or get the colors to work. I reinstalled the iCue software several times, checked my BIOS and wiring, even reached out to Corsair. They seem to have no idea what’s going on. From what I see, the controller either stopped working or is completely damaged. Do you know if anyone else has similar problems? I spent over 400 euros on new fans to keep my PC quiet and cool. Now I can’t play games because the fans barely move, making it hard to breathe. Great product from Corsair, and their support is really helpful!
